These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Worldz Tour & Travels website and the booking and travel-management services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Worldz Tour & Travels ("we," "us," or "our") is an independent, accredited travel agency located at 5900 Balcones Dr, Austin, TX 78731, United States. We are not an airline. We act as a third-party distributor authorized to facilitate bookings and sell tickets on behalf of more than 100 global and domestic US airlines.
We provide booking assistance, changes, seat-upgrade requests, and cancellation and refund assistance. All flights are operated by the respective airlines. Your travel is governed by the operating airline's contract of carriage, fare rules, and conditions, which take precedence over any general description on this website.
In addition to the airline's fare and applicable taxes, we may charge a service fee for the assistance we provide. Any service fee is disclosed to you and confirmed before payment is taken. Service fees are separate from, and additional to, airline charges. By proceeding with a confirmed reservation, you acknowledge that such service fees may apply.
Fares, taxes, and availability are determined by the airlines and can change until a booking is confirmed and ticketed. We confirm the total price — including any service fee — before processing payment. You authorize us to charge the agreed total to your chosen payment method.
You are responsible for providing accurate traveler details, including names exactly as they appear on government-issued identification, contact information, and travel documentation. Airlines may deny boarding or charge correction fees for inaccurate information. We are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate details you provide.
You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid passports, visas, and any health or entry documents required for your trip. We can share general guidance, but requirements are set by governments and airlines and can change. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to missing or invalid documents.
Whether a booking can be changed or cancelled, and any associated penalties or refunds, are governed by the operating airline's fare rules. Our handling of these requests, and any related agency fees, are described in our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worldz Tour & Travels is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbookings, or failures of any airline or third-party supplier. We do not operate flights and do not guarantee airline schedules or performance. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the service fee you paid to us for the booking in question.
The content on this website is owned by or licensed to Worldz Tour & Travels and may not be copied or reused without permission. Airline names and marks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the carriers we are authorized to ticket. We do not claim affiliation with, or endorsement by, any airline.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
