About Worldz Tour & Travels

Worldz Tour & Travels is an independent, accredited travel agency headquartered in Austin, Texas. We help travelers research, book, and manage air travel across more than 100 global and domestic US airlines.

Who we are

Booking air travel can be confusing — fare rules, change penalties, baggage policies, and upgrade options vary widely from one airline to the next. Our role is to make that process simpler. When you call us, you speak with a real travel specialist who listens to your needs, presents available options, and explains the rules and any applicable agency service fee in plain language before anything is confirmed.

What we do

We assist with new flight reservations, date and route changes, seat and cabin upgrades, and cancellations and refund requests — always subject to the operating airline's fare rules. We do not set airline prices, control seat inventory, or operate any flights. Each ticket is issued on the relevant airline, and your travel is governed by that airline's contract of carriage.

How we charge

The price you pay may include the airline's fare and taxes plus a service fee charged by Worldz Tour & Travels for the assistance we provide. We disclose every charge before taking payment, and we never add hidden fees. If you ever have a question about a charge, our team will walk you through it line by line.
