How an upgrade request works
1Tell us what you want. Call with your booking and the cabin or seat you're after.
2We check availability. Upgrades depend on the airline's inventory and fare rules at the time of request.
3Confirm the cost. If you approve the total price, we process the upgrade and confirm by email.
