This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for bookings made through Worldz Tour & Travels, including the role of airline fare rules and our agency service fees.

Please note: We are not an airline. Worldz Tour & Travels is an independent travel agency acting as a third-party distributor. Additional service fees may apply to confirmed reservations, and all fees are disclosed before payment.

1. Airline fare rules govern refunds

Whether your ticket is refundable — and how much, if anything, is returned — is determined by the operating airline and the fare rules of your specific ticket. Some fares are fully refundable, some are partially refundable, and many are non-refundable. We disclose the applicable rules before you book.

2. 24-hour cancellation

For many tickets purchased at least seven days before departure, U.S. Department of Transportation rules permit cancellation for a full refund within 24 hours of booking. Eligibility depends on the airline and fare. If this applies to your booking, contact us promptly within that window.

3. Agency service fees

Service fees charged by Worldz Tour & Travels for our assistance are separate from airline charges. Because these fees cover work already performed (researching, booking, and processing your reservation), agency service fees are generally non-refundable once a booking has been completed, except where required by law. Any such fee is always disclosed and agreed before payment.

4. How to request a refund

We review eligibility. We confirm what the airline's fare rules allow and explain any penalties.

We submit the request. With your approval, we request the refund or travel credit from the airline.

5. Refund processing and timing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method once the airline releases the funds to us. Processing times are set largely by the airline and your card issuer and can take several weeks. Airline cancellation penalties and non-refundable taxes or charges may be deducted from any refund.

6. Travel credits

In some cases an airline issues a travel credit or voucher instead of a cash refund. The value, expiration, and conditions of any credit are set by the airline.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. We are committed to fair, transparent billing and to explaining every charge clearly.
