How we help with cancellations

Whether a ticket can be cancelled — and how much, if anything, is refundable — depends on the fare rules of your specific ticket. We review your booking, explain the airline's cancellation and refund policy, and submit the cancellation and refund request on your behalf.

How a cancellation works

Contact us promptly. Call (833) 852-0083 with your booking details — timing affects what's refundable.

We review the rules. We explain whether your fare is refundable, partly refundable, or non-refundable.

We submit the request. With your approval, we cancel the booking and request any eligible refund or credit.

U.S. 24-hour rule

For many tickets bought directly at least seven days before departure, U.S. Department of Transportation rules allow a refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking. Specific eligibility depends on the airline and fare. Ask us and we'll confirm whether it applies to your booking.

Refunds

Any refund amount, timing, and form (cash refund or travel credit) is determined by the operating airline and the fare rules of your ticket. Airline penalties and non-refundable taxes or charges may be deducted. Agency service fees are described in our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the airline releases the funds.
